| Surprisingly clear water flows through the Garrison relief sewer under the city's west end - this time around the atmosphere was much more pleasant. Somewhat less dank, if you will. In retrospect, the middle of the spring thaw after a year of near-record snowfall might not have been the most ideal time to start exploring this system, but hey, no harm, no foul. |
